  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

  2. Delivery Time: Orders should be delivered within 5 to 10 business days after an order has been processed and shipped. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

 3. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for packages returned due to address errors.

5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for quality assurance purposes.

8.Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or sold as-is are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
